Clarity of Heart

This second course of my program "Journey into the Light" is a continuation of 'Reconnecting with your feminine self'. After exploring the svadhistan, the second, chakra and learning to come and be in touch again with our own nature, our own feminine expression in the world, we begin to become more conscious of what we may like to change and turn into reality in our life, or find new levels of contentment with who we are. The guided meditations focus on healing the heart center and forgiving our own selves, returning to be in tune with who we are, as well as on receiving the breath on a different level. The breath and healing meditations in this course require the first course 'Reconnecting with your feminine self' as foundation.
